Adran Solutions is a software development services company which specilize in providing solutions for HR functions within companies, no matter how small. Adran solutions also provide direct HR services specialising in bringing solutions to the small to medium sized companies in Ireland & UK.

Simon Cowan
Managing Director of Adran Solutions.
Simon is a BA Hons Graduate from the university of Ulster. On completion of his degree Simon furthered his studies by completing a postgraduate diploma in software development. He has over 10 years experience in software development. Simon has worked with Microsoft Ireland, a leading software company specializing in solutions for Health and social services clients in the UK and Ireland and most recently SG World with whom Simon still has a close professional relationship with. In April of 2006 Simon set up his own company Adran Solutions.
Jill Cowan
Director Adran Solutions.
Jill Cowan MCIPD, BA Hons has over ten years experience in HR working within the private and public sector. Her most recent position being HR manager of a large manufacturing facility with over 300 employees in Dublin. Jill is now HR Director responsible for our HR services and solutions delivered by Adran
